Birdnyx

An enormous, nocturnal bird monster. It seeks out its prey from the tops of trees or the open sky, launching swift sneak attacks on whatever catches its sharp eyes. Skilled sharpshooters who manage to hit one in flight will cause it to falter and drop closer to the ground.
