This represents my best effort to track down all the numbers possible. Most numbers are Japan, some are Asian, and a couple are worldwide. You can check sources if you want an idea of which is which. Reliable international numbers are hard to come by. The bestseller is Ryza, of course, with Sophie and Ryza 2 behind it.
We have no idea what digital sales are for many of these games. If Koei Tecmo reported it themselves, they don't make the distinction between physical and digital. If they did not report it, the sales are purely physical as that is what Media Create, Famitsu, and Dengeki track. Week 1 sales are exclusively physical, and it's usually not a full week of sales.
I need to be clear about something: there is a lot of missing info. If you tally up my numbers to a series total, you'll find that it's a million fewer than the actual number released by Koei Tecmo. This is the nature of relying on public numbers. It runs the gamut from JP physical only releases to worldwide totals. Apples to apples comparisons are pretty difficult.
